hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am
strong" ~ 2 Corinthians 12:10 ~
When someone verbally attacks your faith in God, when things don't seem to go right, when trouble and sorrow knocks at your door, how do you respond? If your following the Lord and not suffering for doing wrong, your first response should be joy. Insults, hardships, & difficulties, these are some of the things that draw us nearer to God, these are some of the things that give us confirmation we belong to Him, and in them He fills us with His strength. If delight and prayers of thanksgiving are not your first response, ask God to increase your faith for "this is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything
according to his will, he hears us" ~ 1 John 5:14 ~.
