James 3:1

"My brothers, be not many masters, knowing that we shall receive the greater condemnation."
TO ALL DESIRING THE POSITION OF LEADERSHIP!
HERE ARE A FEW TIPS!
A Leader must be willing to encounter the following:
1- LONELINESS
In order to be a leader, you must go where others have never gone before with the understanding that no one will be holding your hand! (Except Jesus!)
2- SCARY
In order to be a leader, you must overcome your individual fears of failure! Fear can be the greatest factor for giving up! As a leader, you will encounter many obstacles, but don't be afraid because those obstacles are meant to teach you lessons that will later be taught to your followers! (No matter how irrelevant they may seem at the moment!)
3- PRESSURE
In order to be a leader, you must learn to deal with pressure! At one point or another your position will be tested by your followers, by your counters parts, even by family members! The fact is that you must learn to always remain focused on your purpose or you will eventually stray!
NOTICE:
These have all been tough areas that we have dealt with concerning Leadership!
Therefore, when you start fantasizing about being a Leader;
The Honor, Power, Recognition & even the Position Itself;
"RECOGNIZE THAT LEADERSHIP IS ABOUT OTHERS NOT SELF!"
"The fact is that you must learn to always remain focused on your purpose or you will eventually stray & those behind you will follow!"
"LET JESUS BE YOUR FOCUS!!!"
