"In the course of time, at the end of the second year, his bowels came out because of the disease, and he died in great pain. His people made no funeral fire in his honor, as they had for his predecessors. Jehoram was thirty-two years old when he became king, and he reigned in Jerusalem eight years. He passed away, to no one’s regret, and was buried in the City of David, but not in the tombs of the kings."
"HE PASSED AWAY, TO NO ONE'S REGRET!"
"A KING NOT HONORED!"
Today, take a moment & think about your legacy.
What are you leaving behind?
Will it be beneficial for generations to come?
Ask yourself;
"If someone follows in my footsteps, where will it lead them?"
"Will the memory of my life bring a smile to a sad face?"
"Or will it cause a frown?"
Jesus says,
"I know you've fallen short in some areas, but I will stand in the gap for you, just follow Me & I will use you in ways you never thought possible!"
"DON'T LET YOUR LEGACY BE ANYTHING SHORT OF SALVATION!"
"TEACH THOSE WHO FOLLOW YOU TO EVENTUALLY REACH JESUS!"
"LET YOUR LEGACY BE A LIGHT FOR SALVATION!"
"LET JESUS BE WHOM PEOPLE REMEMBER WHEN THEY THINK OF YOU!"
"TRUE LEGACY!"
People don't need to mourn your absence!
Instead they should rejoice at your memory!
"JESUS MAKES LIFE WORTH LIVING!"
"TELLING PEOPLE ABOUT JESUS MAKES LIFE WORTH GIVING!"
"GIVE YOUR LIFE FOR SOMETHING GREATER THAN YOURSELF!"
"TRUE LEGACY!"
