If you get it, what are you planning to do with it?

Proverbs 2:1-8
"My son, if you will receive my words
And treasure my commandments within you,
Make your ear attentive to wisdom,
Incline your heart to understanding;
For if you cry for discernment,
Lift your voice for understanding;
If you seek her as silver
And search for her as for hidden treasures;
Then you will discern the fear of the Lord
And discover the knowledge of God.
For the Lord gives wisdom;
From His mouth come knowledge and understanding.
HE STORES UP SOUND WISDOM FOR THE UPRIGHT;
He is a shield to those who walk in integrity,
Guarding the paths of justice,
And He preserves the way of His godly ones."

"DON'T JUST ASK GOD TO LEAD THE WAY!"
"FOCUS ON TRAVELING THE ROAD!"
"DON'T JUST EXPECT GOD TO REVEAL HIMSELF!"
"FOCUS ON EXPLORING THE DETAILS!"

"DON'T JUST..."
Instead;
"FOCUS ON..."

"GOD HAS MORE TO OFFER YOU!"
"BUT YOU MUST REALLY WANT IT!"
"IN ORDER TO GAIN GODLY WISDOM, ONE MUST FIRST DESIRE TO PURSUE IT!"

God doesn't just give knowledge so that you can say;
"OH, I UNDERSTAND THAT!"

Instead, He gives knowledge so that;
"IT WILL BENEFIT YOU AS YOU APPLY IT!"

Basically;
"IF YOU DON'T PLAN ON USING IT, DON'T BOTHER ASKING FOR IT!"
"WISDOM IS KNOWLEDGE APPLIED!"
"THEREFORE, IT WILL DO YOU NO GOOD TO GAIN KNOWLEDGE UNLESS YOU INTEND ON PROPERLY APPLYING IT TO YOUR LIFE!"
