"Led by the Spirit!"

Romans 8:12-14
"So then, brethren, we are under obligation, not to the flesh, to live according to the flesh — for if you are living according to the flesh, you must die; but if by the Spirit you are putting to death the deeds of the body, you will live. For all who are being led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God."

According to these verses, the Holy Spirit's purpose is to empower us, through His agency, to mortify the deeds of the flesh.

The phrase “LED BY THE SPIRIT” means that God’s children receive the Holy Spirit’s promoting and strengthening which enables them to put to death the body’s misdeeds.

I believe that a biblical understanding of this phrase will help us achieve God's Will for our live's.

So what is God's ultimate goal for our live's?
"TO BECOME LIKE JESUS!"
"GOD WANTS TO TRANSFORM US INTO THE IMAGE OF HIS SON!"
