Father, help us to avoid the vanity promoted in this world that only seeks to take our minds off of You. Amen.

We all have a personal story. Lord, let our testimony of your goodness be used to bring another to You. Amen.

May our lives be balanced in such a way that we are not so heavenly minded as to do no earthly good, nor so earthly minded that we're no good spiritually. Amen.

BALANCE - equality between the totals of the two sides of an account.

2 Peter 3: 17

"Be on your guard, so that you are not led away by the error of lawless people and fall from your own stability." ~ (2 Peter 3: 17)

Holy Spirit, help us to maintain a proper balance between all this life requires of us, keeping in mind the life to come. Amen.

Matthew 25: 41

Gracious Father, You've given us all we need to be ready. With it, we have no excuse not to be prepared. Amen.
