Deuteronomy 29: 4 MIND
"Yet to this day the Lord has not given you a mind to understand, eyes to see, or ears to hear." ~ (Deuteronomy 29: 4)
MIND - the element of a person that enables them to be aware, to think, and to feel; the faculty of consciousness and thought.
